I am using a translator, if something is not clear, ask. I ask the developers to add in Eclipse Java SE in the "Copy" and "Select All" in the windows "the Javadoc" context menu command and "Class file editor" (+ maybe even in some that I do not use). Often you need to copy something from there, but this is now impossible. It is very uncomfortable!
With this, I understand that you need a way to "Select All" and "Copy" the contents from Javadoc and class file editor. For Javadoc hover, you can press F2 for focus on the popup, or use the Javadoc view, and then use the shortcuts Ctrl+A (to select all) and Ctrl+C (copy). The above shortcuts work with the class file editor also.
Yes, thank you, I know about the combination of shortcuts. But I'm not used to using them. I prefer pop-up menu. By the way, when working in the Javadoc window Copy command in the menu becomes active as it happens in other windows. It is interesting that of all other windows have these commands in the pop-up menu (or at least Copy), and for those not.
Use the keys instead of the context menu completely satisfactory. I always remember the right combination, press does not even occur unnecessary actions. This is not for me. Only because of that I wrote here. Because of this status change on the issue REOPENED.
The Class file editor has it in the context menu. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 63022 ***
