There is currently 4 webmaster links:

Manage mirrors
Work with jobs
Manage firewall rules
Manage mailing lists and newsgroups

I will create a block with links to these pages. There is no staff block in site_login.

The staff links are in development tools.

Feel free to add other block for internal use if needed. Staff & Webmaster are just examples.

Right now we have 2 staff links and they are listed under development tools. 

The links is for the ad report and campaign manger.

Should we create a staff block just for those 2 links or keep it the way it is on dev.eclipse.org/site_login?

This has been committed and I am currently re-building staging.

Antoine, please open a bug to create a staff block if you think we should separate the staff links.
