Buggy scrollbar example

When you change boundaries of a part containing StyledTextArea, its inner scrollbar's thumb fills whole available area. In some situations you can't scroll the document after such operation. See attached GIF with the example (it's easier to show than describe).

In case of horizontal scroll there's no way to scroll document in such case. Vertical scroll behaves similarly, but you can still use mouse wheel.
