I don't know how I got into this state but when I use the Open Type dialog, it 
does not show me all the classes. It appears to be an indexer problem as 
organize imports does not find the classes either. Added an import statement 
manually does work however. Ihave not been able to determine a pattern of 
which files are visible and which are not (i.e. there are visible classes in 
the same package).

This is with I20040113 started on an existing workspace that hasn't been used 
in a few weeks.
