These two are merged for now and we should have a different option to be
consistent with other options added for method declaration.

This option has been added in JDT/Core.
FORMATTER_CONSTRUCTOR_DECLARATION_PARAMETERS_ALIGNMENT

Silvio, please add it in the UI.

I'm going to add it along with the renamings, or else we have one more 
deprecated constant. 

You can remove this constant without deprecation.

I'm also going to add
FORMATTER_NUMBER_OF_BLANK_LINES_AT_BEGINNING_OF_METHOD_BODY
which I've overseen so far. 

Its old pendant can be safely removed, I don't have any references on it.

Up to now I have overseen the existence of
FORMATTER_NUMBER_OF_BLANK_LINES_TO_INSERT_AT_BEGINNING_OF_METHOD_BODY, meaning
it is not on my preference page. I'm going to add 
BLANK_LINES_AT_BEGINNING_OF_METHOD_BODY after the renaming; however, this means
that you can safely remove the old constant
FORMATTER_NUMBER_OF_BLANK_LINES_TO_INSERT_AT_BEGINNING_OF_METHOD_BODY I've never
used.
