Created attachment 263300 [details] Duplicated transition I created a simple model with a state machine, a single state with a self-transition. Then I restarted Eclipse and the transition is shown twice. See the attached screenshot.
This seems to be related. If I select one of the duplicated transitions and do right-click->Show/Hide Related Links, I get this exception, and no change: !ENTRY org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.gmfdiag.common 4 0 2016-07-26 This looks like a duplicate of Bug 495430. Can you check with Charles if this is the same he has seen and reported in that Bugzilla? Then I guess we can close this one and track this issue in Charles Bugzilla.
