Trying to connect results in error message
An internal error occurred during: "Check CC api version". java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information: api.run.pivotal.io/52.400.162.70:443

I tested CFT 1.0.1.M1 that is included in STS 3.8.0 release and I am able to successfully connect to PWS by creating a PWS server instance in the Servers view as well as deploy Spring Boot web and Spring MVC applications. Debugging also works fine with both on PWS through CFT.

Currently I am investigating if this may be related to different local networks, but so far, the CFT works "out of the box" with PWS in a local network with no proxies or firewalls.
