Currently the documentation is spread in dozens of pages in Sirius documentation and in sirius tutorials.

The aim of this bug is to provide an overview of what to do to have a specifier environment working in the best condition
The information should be presented so that the specifier could have access to a check list in a glance.

First information I see to be candidate ti this overview:
* How many eclipse I need according to where to deploy plugins (MM, VSP)
* Plugin Dependency overview
* Information to define and test a vsm in the workspace
* Other: best practice to have validation, completion and service work optimally

This overview can't be exhausitve but hyperlink should be used to link with the full documentation
