I have noticed that org.eclipse.jdt.core.dom.ASTNode.copySubtree(AST, ASTNode) does not copy bindings from the source ASTNode in the cast that the source AST was built using bindings. This is an enhancement request to copy over bindings as well as the subtree structure.
