While navigating to nested and nesting graphs is possible via scroll/pinch-spread and double-click, and the viewport restore is performed for both, the content synchronization is only performed by the SemanticZoomPolicy. If thus navigating into a nested graph via pinch-spread and navigating out by double-click (on the background), the nested icons will not be replace with a nested zoom graph. 

We should change this by extracting the content synchronization into a respective behavior that evaluates the NavigationModel.
