Package selection dialog with help pane expanded

On the Java > Appearance > Type Filters preference page, click Add Packages, and then the '?' icon. This opens the help pane with an error message (see screenshot):

  The context help for this user interface element could not be found.

This happens with the Neon RC2 contribution.
