This is an evolution following the VSM internationalisation (i18n) introduced in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=459993
A wizard should be created to help VSM translation. This wizard should inspect the VSM for non-translated text in translatable text field (not starting by a % in a text field with blue background). This wizard could display a table of each text found with a new matching key suggestion. The wizard would then add the key/text in the plugin.properties and replace the text in the VSM by the key.
If the wizard present the key/text value association with a table, we could have other columns to provide other translations at once (probably optional here).
