Updated Java Content Assist Preferences doc with:
- Show substring matches

Updated JUnit Preferences doc for: 
- Add '-ea' to VM arguments when creating a new JUnit launch configuration

Updated the list of Quick assists and Quick fixes with:
- Assign all parameters to new fields
- Configure problem severity
