Currently there is two kind of copy/paste in Sirius:

The copy/paste layout for diagrams based on the same semantic elements. The layout of the source diagram will be applied on graphical elements of the target diagram if the semantic target matches.
The copy/paste semantic, that can be customized by a paste tool, to copy and paste the semantic elements.

Unfortunately it's currently no possible the copy and paste both semantic and layout nor the style of the graphical elements.

Instead of having several kinds of copy/paste features, it would be interesting to have only one paste special action that will let the choice between paste the semantic, the layout or the style
