In the existing server creation wizard, it will be nice if we allow the user to input a URL without going through the manage URL list dialog when creating a new CF server.  When the user input a URL, the tool should automatically create a new entry on the managed list.  A default name with just the domain name of the URL can be used, i.e. striping off the beginning "https://api." part of the CF URL.
