Tooltip is displayed in Kepler, but is not displayed in Mars2

If you have a large number of files opened, not all of them are displayed as tab. You click on ">>" ("Show list") and the remaining list is displayed. If you point mouse over file name - you should see the full path to the file (it was displayed in Kepler), but now there is now full path tooltip.

The seam issue happens on Windows version on Win7.

I didn't try it with Mars, but tried with the more recent Neon M6 and I do see the tooltips. Do you have access to a Neon build? Can you try with one?

Even I cannot reproduce the issue with Neon M6 on Windows 7.

Neon M6 on Ubuntu has tooltips.

I have no idea where this bug belongs. But if it works in Neon and you can upgrade to Neon, we could close this report and move on.

Verified for Neon M7 using I20160425-1300 build
