Using Hudson 3.3.3 (not available as version in Bugzilla yet):

On the configuration page, JDK "Installation from Oracle" says

  JDK automatic installation from Oracle Website is temporarily disabled. See http://issues.hudson-ci.org/browse/HUDSON-9016 for details. 

The link, however, is dead.
