I couldn't find a marketplace entry for Papyrus. Since users pretty often ask for UML editors, having Papyrus on marketplace might help those users to find there way.
Additionally, in order to beta test the proposal in bug 480176 , you can add to the entry a tag 'fileExtension_uml' to make this discovery mechanism able to propose installation of Papyrus when trying to open a uml file.

Hi Mickael,

The question was already raised for some specific extra sub component (Bug 478716)
but it is also a very good point for the Papyrus UML Core.

Currently there is a custom dedicated menu "Papyrus Additional Components Discovery".

IMHO,the correct way should be to:
 - add Papyrus UML in the Official Eclipse Market place
 - create a Papyrus Marketplace with all extra/sub/other components
 - remove the custom "Papyrus Additional Components Discovery" mechanism.

but it needs to be a "team" decision that should be approved by the project leader.
