Using the b3 Aggregator editor, created a contact and contribution in the org.eclipse.simrel.build project called CFT and added a mapped repository to:

http://download.eclipse.org/cft/neon/

Validated the contribution and it seems to pass.

Note that this is just for testing purposes and not yet submitted for Gerrit review as Planning Council approval for joining Neon Simultaneous Release is still required prior to this step.

CFT has already been contributed to Neon simrel M6, therefore closing this item.
