I clicked "Open extension point description" in PDE editor, for an extension that is in my target-platform, not in the workspace. Eclipse froze and then stopped brutally.

Does this use the browser widget? Maybe a crash in webkitgtk? Just a thought. It would be good to see if there is a core dump or a hs_err log file.
