Drag/drop an application to the Cloud Foundry editor in Applications section that will generate an error (e.g. host taken error): No dialogue opens that informs the user of the error, unlike add/remove or drag/drop to Servers view, which does open a dialogue, as expected. All "publish" paths should behave consistently.
