Initial Contribution - EAVP

This is the initial contribution for the Eclipse Advanced Visualization Project (EAVP). 

EAVP is based on code taken from Eclipse ICE. Members of the Science Working Group have asked that the visualization code in ICE be separated into a community project that can be worked on outside of the context of ICE. This initial contribution contains all of the visualization code in ICE. All packages have been renamed as required to org.eclipse.eavp. ORNL owns most of the IP in these packages although several small contributions were made from Kitware and one large contribution was made from L33tLabs while the code was in the ICE repo. Those CQs are in the list of ICE's CQs and they were all approved. No embedded jars or zips are contained in this archive.
