Content assist section titles do not have enough color contrast to meet the WCAG 2.0 AA standard.

Their current color is gray on aliceblue, or rgb(128, 128, 128) on rgb(240, 248, 255).

In order to be WCAG 2.0 AA compliant, the minimum darker color the title foreground needs to be is rgb(113, 113, 113) (aka #717171).

This "slightly darker gray" color looks very similar to the current color.

In the attached screen snapshot, the string "ecma6" has been changed to be WCAG 2.0 AA compliant.
