Although all bundles in CFT have licence files and the legal information appears to the user correctly when installing or viewing installed bundles in their Eclipse, it seems the legal documentation is not structured correctly to have about.html files.

Added about.html files to all plugins. 

about.html file now lists all third-party dependencies distributed by CFT that are licensed with non-EPL (e.g. Apache License 2.0)
