The aim of this Builder is to maintains static coherency in the Viewpoint Specification Project. It does not managed dynamically the ViewpointRegistry and the consequences on opened session.

The project builder should be added to the VSP project at its creation.

This project builder should :
* manage project rename.
** the bundle ID and Name should be updated accordingly to keep the same name. 
** the extension to componentization should be updated
** The Activator file should be updated.
* manage the odesign rename: 
** The Activator file should be updated.
** the extension to componentization should be updated
