This ticket is about helping specifier add his Meta-model as dependency of the VSP and RepresentationDescription meta-models using quick fix and completion shortcut

Below is an extract of the MM_registration_in_VSM_spec.textile created in https://git.eclipse.org/r/66188 (bug 481849).

This enhancement depends on Bug 487999. Read it before.

*Quick Fix*
A quick fix on validation error about "can't find the needed MM" display a dialog box to select accordingly meta-models for VSP dependencies or RepresentationDescription registered.

*Completion*
When using completion, if the provided choices list is empty, a "Register new MM" choice is displayed to activate UI that allow RepresentationDescription registered MM.
