When I paste a URL like the following in the gerrit dashboard https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/65711/15/org.eclipse.egerrit.ui/src/org/eclipse/egerrit/ui/editors/model/GerritCompareInput.java

it would be great if the compare editor was directly getting opened on the appropriate file
