Visualizes the errors which are not caused by any of my written validations

I have following situation:

If I try to execute a bunch of validations selected by the check catalog, the validator will perform more checks as selected. It seems that the validator performs automatic checks by itself. The EMF model contains a model element consists of a key and value pair. Every time such a Custom Property has no pair, the executed validation will report an validation error as seen in the attachment.

For sure: I have disabled the option "Enable Intrisic model Integrity Constraints" in the check catalog before executing checks

How can I disable this kind of automatized reference/properties checks in the user code?
