I created a new workflow in an existing project and when i try to run it, the new workflow is not available, i can't see it in the selection dialog.

To reproduce the problem :

1- Create a plugin project and add a workflow MyWorkflow1
2- Run the workflow in the eclipse runtime
3- Add a new workflow MyWorkflow2
4- Restart the runtime
5- Try to run the new workflow MyWorkflow2

The new workflow is not available in the selection dialog. After investigating the problem, i figured out that the generated project External Plug-in Libraries which contains the contributed workflows is not updated, i can't see the new created workflow.

To fix the problem i have to delete the generated External Plug-in Libraries then sphinx regenerate again.

Is it a known problem ? how i can deploy new workflow in a clean way withtout deleting the generated project?.
