Bug 472415 was closed due to the fact of SSH being available, however in a corporate environment with firewalls and proxy server using SSH to access CodeCommit is not the idea answer or even possible depending on security. In such environment HTTPS is a needed solution.  

Thus I'm opening this ticket and asking this to be looked at.
