It would be great if one could define a custom icon to be used for a create line tool in table editors.

Alternatively it would also be fine if the corresponding EMF element's icon could be reused.

Indeed, it would be an interesting improvement.

We have already the capability to customise the icon for "diagram tools" with "Icon Path" property. But not for "table tools", nor "tree tools".
Corresponding EMF element's icon could be reused. But for "tree and diagram tools", the tool can concern several mappings.

We have currently not planned to work on such enhancement in the following releases.
