in GenericToolCommandBuilder.checkGenericToolPrecondition(IInterpreter) an InitInterpreterVariablesTask is added and will value the element and elementView variables before checking the precondition.

This is not reflected in the Validation code.

This is fixed for Sirius 4.0 and will be shipped with M5.

Test is VSMVariableTypesValidationTest
