Papyrus Table must integrate the CSS feature provided by NatTable

To do for CSS in the table: 
- be able to reference external CSS or embedded CSS (like already done for the diagram
- provide additional selector to be able to write CSS condition
- adapt/reuse or create a new CSS Xtext editor for table css, but this one will be in conflict with the CSS Xtext used for diagrams

We should resue, when possible, the same css property name and selector for Diagram and Table. 
+ Is it possible to mix diagram and table css in the same file ?
