Tooltip displayed incorrectly

We use a custom figure (which extends org.eclipse.draw2d.Figure) with a couple of labels as a tooltip for the Zest Graph nodes. It works in the Eclipse main window, tooltips are displayed correctly. As soon as a user moves the Zest graph to a separate window all tooltips are displayed behind the window, see attachment.
