The thread entries displayed for each guest in the virtual machine view are all the threads running on the machine (the same as those appearing in the control flow view). In this view, the threads that are inactive for the duration of the trace are not interesting and should be left out. (see FIXME in the VirtualMachineView class)

Virtual machine analysis was moved to Trace Compass incubator. Moving bug report as well.
