SVGZ image

While we can set svgz, i.e. compressed svg image file, in odesign editor, we cannot do it through the "Set style to workspace image" action.

Scenario to reproduce :

1. Create a Modeling Project on a ecore semantic resource
2. Put tiger.svgz in this project
3. Create a diagram displaying a node and use "Set style to workspace image" action to try to set the svgz image => KO it is not displayed in the UI of this action.
