Sample project to reproduce

The snap to all shapes feature (F4) with regions seems not really usefull especially when there are many regions.

Scenario to reproduce :

1. Import the projects from the attached archive
2. Launch a runtime
3. Import "AQLBug.test" project and open the diagram
4. Using F4 shortcut to use Snap to all shapes feature, move vertically the container contained in the package container and see the horizontal feedback aligned with other regions center.
