The Text, this ticket is about, is the SiriusTextEditPart

Scenario:
* open a diagram
* create a Text from the combo box(under Note) in the palette.
* copy paste the Text in the diagram
-> nothing is paste

The Text should be paste with the same graphic properties.

I confirm that it would be more coherent to have copy/cut/paste feature for Text as we have it for Note.
