Shouldn't it only be on by default in the Modeling Perspective?

Hi !

Well, that would be an option indeed, it was clearly not envisionned at first that this would be installed in any other package besides the modeling one, but yes, why not, as long as I make sure the modeling package starts with the modeling perspective so that users don't search for it.
