If a session is opened and activity explorer editor is focused on eclipse restart, activity explorer will be created a second time on Eclipse Mars.

This is not fixed.
The problem is caused when a session is restaured (for instance, Diagram editor is active), OPEND Event is send to the Activity Explorer SessionManagerListener which opens a new Activity Explorer Editor, even if there are a non restaured Activity Explorer editor associated to the session.

Scenario to reproduce:
1- Open session (A) with its Activity Explorer Editor
2- Create/Open diagram editor in A.
3- Restart

When a restart achieve, the session is restaured and a new Activity Explorer Editor for A will be opened (Even if the are already one).
