SysML 1.4 should provide a way to be productive in SysML modelisation.

This initiative have 2 main goals :
 - produce a "productive"(can be renamed) customization (viewpoint?) to SysML usage 
       * Remove some palette elements (the one that are rarely used)
       * Split elements in palette
       * Add "accelerator" (See Bug 478821)
 - produce an example on How to customize Sysml 1.4
       * example for each papyrus fwk
       * documentation (ONLY on this specific customization)
