Complete the set of relationships surfaced by the structure model (e.g. 
including support for declare parents etc.) - Mik you had a document listing the 
things yet to be done here?

The document is in CVS under "docs/developer/asm.doc".  However, parts are 
still in a skeleton stage and need revising.  

I'm going to update the priority of this to P1 for myself (keeping in mind 
that it is an enhancement).

I've put in a very skeletal beginning of a cross-reference solution for AJDT 
(and others), based on passing an ICrossReferenceHandler into the world in 
conjuction with an IMessageHandler. See the trivial implementation currently in 
weaver. (But it works :) ).

AJDT is now showing all the crosscutting structure afaik. I'm closing out this 2-year-old enhancement, to 
be replaced by more specific ones if we discover other failings in the structure model in the future.
