It would be great if a keyboard shortcut could be added for launching the selected "launch bar" configuration. I did a search in my "Eclipse IDE for Eclipse Committers" install and found that F12 is free.

It is a command, you you can set your own binding
Its called Launch Active Launch Configuration

I am not sure we can to make it default (it seems weird its not taken)
