Create the Framework to allow the RCPTT test on Papyrus RT. 

Use Cases: 
1) Be able to launch RCPTT tests locally thanks to maven. 
2) Be able to launch the RCPTT Tests based on the nightly build of Papyrus RT from a recurrent job (i.e: through Hudson)

As these are marked at resolved, I moved them back to the 0.9 milestone so that they can be verified and closed or, failing the verification, reopened and moved back to the 1.0 milestone.
