We use to have OAuth support but we no longer do.
We should re-enable it.

For example the Gerrit server from Gerrit uses OAuth

MS has an open source library that we should look into https://github.com/Microsoft/oauth2-useragent
I believe this is used by one of their Eclipse plugin.
