Using Eclipse IDE for Eclipse Committers:
  Version: Mars Release (4.5.0)
  Build id: 20150621-1200

It would be helpful for EGit to support the resource context menu "Show In > Git Staging". This would make it easy to navigate from a changed resource to the Git Staging view.
