Sometimes we look at a Classifier in a diagram and we want to jump to it in Model Explorer; or we want to see from Model Explorer what Diagrams use a Classifier (for example to quickly understand what the Classifier does).  A Context Menu "Where Used" could provide this functionality

The first item is provided by clicking on the button with the two yellow arrows in the model explorer.  In the other direction this only works if the element is present in the current diagram.
