Tested using 4.6-I20150929-0800

Following the Mars.1 release, we have updated our baseline .target file to point to the new version of our project (CDT) and bumped the sequence number. Currently, this does not trigger the API baseline to reload. It would be nice it the baseline would be reloaded automatically when the sequencer number has been increased, just like normal target platforms. This would make it transparent to people updating their workspace with the new code.

:) No I have not started this and I don't expect to have time for a while for that. I'm focusing on SWT GTK bugs when I have free time. I'll let you know if I start working on this but I think anyone should feel free to start working on this at this time.
