I see a problem that any tool properties are not saved on disk and forgotten after Hudson restart on Hudson 3.3.0. For example, if I add a JDK and specify an installer, it is remembered until Hudson restart. But if Hudson is restarted, the JDK remains without the specified installer.

I noticed this problem when my Tool Labels Plugin forgot labels assigned to tools. I confirmed such tool properties are not stored in any Hudson configuration files.
