Cannot use Notes or any graphical object to annotate any Diagram except Timing Diagram.  They cannot be added to Palette; and right click on Diagram  editor shows them as grayed out.  On Timing Diagram they are available but if dragged over a Lifeline they disappear from both the Diagram and the Model Explorer.  Comments work normally.
